Job Description

  • 🛠 Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, schedule, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, and suppliers for smooth logistics operations.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, customs clearance papers, and compliance records.
  • Track and manage inventory levels and warehouse operations.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Handle customer queries related to delivery schedules and logistics issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and government regulations.
  • 📚 Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and logistics software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
