Field Sales Executive

Oroglow Professional is a fast-growing professional skincare and haircare brand supplying premium salon products across India. We are expanding our offline distribution network and looking for energetic Field Sales Executives to build strong relationships with salons.

• Job ResponsibilitiesVisit salons and beauty parlours in your assigned territory.
• Introduce and demonstrate Oroglow Professional products.
• Generate new business and onboard new salon customers.
• Build long-term relationships with salon owners.
• Take orders and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Submit daily visit reports through WhatsApp.
• Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities.
• Requirements1–5 years of experience in Field Sales, FMCG, Cosmetics, Beauty, Salon Products, Pharma, Telecom or related industries.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with travelling within the assigned territory.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Self-motivated, disciplined and target-oriented.

Preferred CandidatesExperience in selling to salons, beauty parlours, cosmetic distributors, FMCG retailers, or B2B customers will be an added advantage.
