Field Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic, target-driven Field Sales Promoter to drive sales and customer engagement for our two-wheeler product lineup. You will be on the ground—visiting target markets, engaging walk-ins, organizing test rides, and converting potential buyers into happy vehicle owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct direct field outreach, market visits, and promotional canopy setups across assigned territories.
• Pitch two-wheeler features, financing options, and exchange offers to prospective customers.
• Arrange and supervise customer test rides while addressing technical and pricing queries.
• Generate and qualify high-intent leads; follow up consistently to close retail deals.
• Build strong working relationships with local dealership staff, auto mechanics, and local communities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly retail sales targets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 6+ months of experience in field sales, retail promotion, or direct customer marketing (automobile/two-wheeler experience is a strong plus; motivated freshers welcome).
• Valid two-wheeler driving license and personal vehicle for local travel.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Fluency in [Local Language] and basic English/Hindi.
