About REFAREFA Chemical Industries Pvt. Ltd. is an Indian manufacturer of industrial metal cleaning, degreasing, surface preparation, metal treatment chemicals, cutting fluids, and allied specialty chemicals.

We serve automotive component manufacturers, metalworking industries, engineering companies, and other metal manufacturing businesses.

We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive – Industrial Chemicals based in Ludhiana to expand our industrial customer base across Punjab.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities with automotive component manufacturers, bicycle and auto parts manufacturers, engineering units, metalworking industries, and other metal manufacturing companies.
• Conduct regular factory visits across Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Phagwara, Mandi Gobindgarh, Mohali, Rajpura, Patiala, and other industrial hubs in Punjab.
• Promote REFA’s industrial metal cleaners, degreasers, surface preparation chemicals, cutting fluids, and allied products.
• Coordinate customer trials, technical demonstrations, quotations, negotiations, and order conversions.
• Build and maintain relationships with purchase, production, quality, and technical departments.
• Achieve monthly sales and new customer acquisition targets.
• Maintain daily customer visit reports, lead records, and sales pipeline updates.

Mandatory Eligibility CriteriaOnly candidates with prior B2B sales experience in one or more of the following product categories should apply:

• Industrial metal cleaning and degreasing chemicals
• Metal surface preparation and pretreatment chemicals
• Cutting fluids and metalworking fluids

Candidates must have experience selling these products to automotive component manufacturers, bicycle and auto parts manufacturers, engineering industries, metal component manufacturers, or other metal manufacturing companies.
