Job Description

  • Manage and grow E-Commerce sales across website, marketplaces, and online channels.
  • Handle B2B clients, including wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and corporate buyers.
  • Generate new B2B leads, follow up on enquiries, negotiate, and convert them into orders.
  • Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, orders, inventory, returns, and customer queries.
  • Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Dispatch, Accounts, and Marketing teams.
  • Analyze sales performance and develop strategies to increase E-Commerce and B2B business.
