Position: CRM Executive

Experience: 1–2 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Age: 20–35 Years

Salary: ₹16,000–₹20,000 per month

• Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer calls and queries professionally.
• Make customer feedback and follow-up calls.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/data sheets.
• Coordinate with the sales and other internal teams regarding customer requirements.
• Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, and pending matters.
• Record customer feedback and communicate important issues to the concerned team.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly CRM reports.
• Ensure timely follow-up with customers and maintain proper documentation.
• Required SkillsGood communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Good data entry and record-maintenance skills.
• Positive attitude and professional telephone etiquette.
• Ability to work effectively with the sales team.
• Preferred CandidateCandidate should have 1–2 years of experience in CRM, customer handling, telecalling, or a related role.
• Candidates from a manufacturing, garment, textile, or apparel background will be considered an advantage.
