Job Description
Attend and assist customers at the counter and understand their requirements.
Explain product features, benefits, prices, offers, and specifications.
Demonstrate products and help customers select the right product.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Generate sales through customer follow-up and calling.
Handle customer queries and provide proper product information.
Maintain good relationships with customers and dealers.
Ensure proper product display and maintain the counter as per company guidelines.
Check stock availability and coordinate with the dealer/store team for replenishment.
Maintain product and competitor information at the counter.
Support billing, order booking, and sales documentation as required.
Follow up on pending orders and customer requirements.
Record daily sales, customer interactions, and follow-up details.
