Computer Operator

We are looking for a reliable, organized candidate to manage order packing, outbound dispatch coordination, and routine computer operations. In this role, you will bridge physical floor operations with digital inventory management—ensuring customer orders are correctly packed, shipping documentation is accurately generated, and inventory logs stay up to date.

Key Responsibilities

1. Computer & Administrative Work

Generate invoices, packing slips, e-way bills, and courier shipping labels through warehouse portals or courier dashboards (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, or internal ERP).

Enter daily dispatch details, stock receipts, and tracking numbers into Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets or inventory software.

Update order statuses from "Processing" to "Dispatched" across relevant internal systems or e-commerce platforms.

Assist with physical stock counts and reconcile them with digital system records.

2.Packing & Floor Operations

Pick items according to daily picklists and inspect goods for damages or defects prior to packaging.

Pack products securely using appropriate protective materials (bubble wrap, corrugated boxes, polybags) to prevent damage during transit.

Apply shipping labels, barcodes, and fragile markers accurately to outbound parcels.
