Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Government Portal & Tender Management
· GeM Operations: Manage the complete GeM portal lifecycle, including product registration, brand listing, and catalogue publishing.
· Tender Participation: Search, analyse, and participate in relevant government and institutional tenders.
· Bid Preparation: Compile and upload technical and financial bids accurately within deadlines. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Back Office & Commercial Documentation
· Invoicing & Billing: Generate accurate quotes, proforma invoices, commercial invoices, and delivery challans.
· Logistics Support: Arrange necessary transit documents, including Road Permits and e-Way bills.
· Payment Follow-up: Track outstanding dues and communicate professionally with clients to ensure timely payments.
Website & Digital Marketing
· Website Designing/Maintenance: Basic updates, product uploads, and management of the company website.
· Scientific Product Marketing: Execute online marketing strategies tailored to scientific and laboratory equipment.
· WhatsApp Marketing: Create and broadcast product updates, offers, and catalogs via WhatsApp Business.
