Job Description
HIRING – TELESALES EXECUTIVE
Industry: Modular Kitchen & Wardrobes
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and incoming leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Explain modular kitchen and wardrobe products, designs, and pricing.
- Follow up with potential customers and generate site visits.
- Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain customer relationships and regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales and design team for smooth lead conversion.
Requirements:
- 2–3+ years of experience in telesales/inside sales preferred.
- Experience in modular kitchen, wardrobes, interiors, or furniture industry is an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and sales-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of modular kitchen and interior products.
