Job Description

The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through outbound calls, communicating with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, and coordinating with the sales team for further follow-up and conversion.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
  • Understand customer requirements and share relevant information about the company’s products and services.
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Conduct basic market research through customer interactions.
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good customer relationships.


Preferred Skills: Good communication and convincing skills, confidence on calls, basic computer knowledge, and a proactive, target-oriented approach.
