Job Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to handle company-provided leads, manage clients, and close property deals.
- Key Responsibilities Call and follow up on company-provided leads.
- Schedule property site visits with potential clients.
- Manage client relationships and close property deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain sales reports and coordinate with management.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the Real Estate sector is mandatory.
- Candidates with experience in other industries or sectors will not be considered.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Proven ability to close property deals and achieve sales targets.
