🔑 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Lead and manage the real estate sales team

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Generate new leads and convert them into sales

• Handle client meetings and site visits

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies

• Train, motivate and monitor the sales team

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Negotiate and successfully close property deals

• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports
