*Job Description*
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing customer relationships, managing field operations, and expanding the company's market presence.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
* Identify new customers, dealers, distributors, and business opportunities.
* Conduct regular field visits to generate leads and acquire new clients.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
* Promote the company's products and strengthen brand visibility in the market.
* Manage sales negotiations, order processing, and customer follow-ups.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
* Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
* Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
*Requirements*
* Diploma in any discipline preferred.
* 2–5 years of experience in sales, field sales, FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
* Willingness to travel extensively for field sales activities.
* Ability to manage sales targets and work independently.
* Candidates with experience in dealer or distributor network development will be preferred.
