Job Description
Female or male candidate, age preferably 25–35
Smart, intelligent, well-groomed and presentable
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Confident and comfortable interacting with senior officials, clients and business associates
Willing to travel extensively with the MD, including overnight/multi-city travel
Capable of managing the MD's daily calendar, appointments, meetings and travel itinerary
Able to accompany the MD to business meetings, conferences, site visits and social/business events
Good conversational skills and pleasant personality
Should be able to provide professional company during long travel and waiting periods
Strong organizational skills and ability to anticipate the MD's requirements
Comfortable with WhatsApp, email, MS Office, Google Calendar, Excel and PowerPoint
Must maintain strict confidentiality and discretion
Flexible working hours depending on the MD's travel and meeting schedule
Driving licence would be an advantage
Previous experience as Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / PA to MD / Corporate Hospitality / Aviation / Hotel / Client Relations would be useful.
