Cross-Team Support


• Bridge Lead Gen → Sales/CR → Investment handoffs

• Maintain MIS/trackers, share weekly reports with founder


Customer Support (operational)


• Process booking paperwork, payment schedules, receipts

• Resolve post-sale queries — registry status, possession, etc.


Requirements


• Graduate (any stream); real estate, business admin, or law background preferred

• 0-3 years in operations/admin/real estate (strong freshers okay)

• Comfortable with paperwork and government office follow-ups

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; professional WhatsApp/email communication

• Based in Lucknow, willing to travel to sites and registrar/LDA offices
