Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Project Trainee / Associate who is comfortable working with computers and confident in spoken and written English. In this role, you will be assigned projects by the IT team to study, work on, and complete under guidance — ranging from research and documentation to hands-on support tasks. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, comfortable picking up new software and tools, and able to communicate clearly with the team about project progress and findings. We are currently hiring for both the afternoon batch and the evening batch — candidates should be available to work in one of these shifts.

Key

Responsibilities

•      Study and understand IT projects assigned by the manager/team lead, including their goals and requirements.

•      Use computers and relevant software/tools (as assigned) to carry out project tasks accurately and on time.

•      Communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written, when reporting progress or discussing project details with the team.

•      Research assigned topics/technologies and prepare clear notes, summaries, or documentation of findings.

•      Collaborate with team members and ask for clarification when project requirements are unclear.

•      Test, troubleshoot, or review assigned project components and report issues found.

•      Maintain organized records of work completed and update project trackers or spreadsheets.

•      Meet deadlines set for each assigned project or task.

Required

Skills & Qualifications

•      Basic to intermediate computer literacy — comfortable using Windows/Mac, web browsers, email, and MS Office (Word, Excel).

•      Good command of English — able to read, write, and speak clearly and confidently.

•      Willingness and ability to learn new software, tools, and project-related concepts quickly.

•      Good research and note-taking skills.

•      Ability to follow instructions and work independently once a project is assigned.

•      Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

•      High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.

Preferred

Qualifications

•      Prior experience with any IT project, internship, or academic project work.

•      Basic familiarity with project tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, Trello, Jira, or similar trackers.

•      Basic understanding of computer/IT concepts (hardware, software, or programming basics).

Work is organized around assigned projects, which may vary in duration and scope. We are currently hiring for two batches — Afternoon and Evening — and candidates should indicate their preferred/available shift when applying
