Job Description:
We are looking for a Medical Representative to join our team in Lucknow.
Candidate Requirements:
- 🎓 Graduate with a Medical / Life Sciences / Pharmacy / Nursing background preferred.
- 💼 1–2 years of experience in medical sales, surgical consumables, medical devices, or a related healthcare field.
- 🗣️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 🤝 Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- 📊 Good sales, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
- 🚗 Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- 🎯 Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products to hospitals and healthcare professionals.
- Meet doctors, nursing staff, and hospital purchase teams.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain existing accounts.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Regularly follow up on product usage, orders, and customer requirements.
