Job Description

Lead Conversion & Management: Qualify, nurture, and convert incoming leads (from various channels) into prospective clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp interactions.

Client Engagement: Understand customer requirements, pitch our products/services effectively, and deliver compelling presentations or explanations.

Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and updated record of all sales activities, pipeline stages, and conversion metrics using CRM tools.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with the customer support and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales satisfaction for clients.
