Job SummaryFinbuddy Solution is looking for a motivated, confident, and result-oriented HR Executive / HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, interview coordination, joining formalities, employee engagement, and maintaining HR records.

Freshers as well as experienced candidates with good communication, convincing, and follow-up skills are welcome to apply.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through job portals, social media, WhatsApp, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain regular follow-up with selected candidates until joining.
• Ensure a smooth and timely joining process for selected candidates.
• Handle joining documentation and maintain employee records.
• Maintain daily recruitment and joining MIS.
• Manage employee attendance, leave records, and basic HR documentation.
• Support employee engagement and handle basic employee queries.
• Coordinate with management and team leaders regarding manpower requirements.
• Maintain professional relationships with candidates and employees.
• Achieve monthly recruitment and joining targets.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and follow-up abilities.
• Good candidate handling and relationship-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.
• Positive attitude, ownership, and willingness to learn.
• Prior HR/recruitment experience will be an advantage.
