Job Description

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां (Key Responsibilities):

  • डीप क्लीनिंग: घरों, ऑफिसों और कमर्शियल जगहों में किचन, वॉशरूम, लिविंग रूम और सोफा/कारपेट की पूरी सफाई और डीप क्लीनिंग करना।
  • उपकरणों का इस्तेमाल: सफाई मशीनरी (जैसे वैक्यूम क्लीनर, स्क्रबिंग मशीन) और क्लीनिंग केमिकल्स का सही, सुरक्षित और कुशल उपयोग करना।
  • समय पर पहुंचना: ऐप या कंपनी द्वारा आवंटित स्थान (Location) पर दिए गए सही समय पर पहुंचना।
  • गुणवत्ता और स्वच्छता: काम पूरा करने के बाद स्वच्छता मानकों (Hygiene Standards) की जांच करना और 100% क्वालिटी सुनिश्चित करना।
  • कस्टमर सर्विस: ग्राहकों से विनम्रता, सम्मान और पेशेवर (Professional) तरीके से बात करना तथा उनकी विशेष जरूरतों का ध्यान रखना।

आवश्यक योग्यताएं (Requirements):

  • क्लीनिंग / हाउसकीपिंग में 0-1 वर्ष का अनुभव (फ्रेशर भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं)।
  • वाहन (Vehicle): बाइक (Bike) होना अनिवार्य नहीं है — बाइक या बिना बाइक वाले (Public Transport / Electric Scooter / Walking) दोनों तरह के उम्मीदवार आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
  • स्मार्टफोन का बुनियादी ज्ञान (Jiffit ऐप इस्तेमाल करने के लिए)।
  • ईमानदारी, समय के पाबंद और शारीरिक रूप से फिट होना।
