Position: Front Desk Receptionist
Location: Lucknow
Experience: Freshers can apply | Prior clinic/hospital experience preferred
We are looking for a smart, confident, well-spoken and patient-friendly receptionist to join our dental clinic.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist patients professionally
• Manage appointments, calls and patient inquiries
• Handle patient records and basic documentation
• Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff
• Manage billing and basic cash/UPI transactions
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments
• Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
