Job Description (English)We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Field Sales Executives to promote and sell our Fiber Broadband Internet services. The candidate will be responsible for generating new customer leads, meeting prospective customers, explaining broadband plans, and achieving monthly sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Visit residential and commercial areas to generate new broadband connections.
• Promote Fiber Broadband plans and explain product benefits.
• Meet potential customers and convert leads into sales.
• Conduct door-to-door marketing and local area promotions.
• Build relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Follow up on enquiries and maintain daily sales reports.
• Coordinate with the installation team for new connections.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Requirements:Minimum 10th/12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Must be willing to travel within assigned areas.
• Smartphone is mandatory.
• Experience in Telecom, Broadband, DTH, FMCG, Banking, or Field Sales will be an added advantage.

फील्ड सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव – ब्रॉडबैंड (इंटरनेट सेल्स)हम अपनी Fiber Broadband Internet Service के लिए ऊर्जावान और मेहनती Field Sales Executives की भर्ती कर रहे हैं। उम्मीदवार का मुख्य कार्य नए ग्राहकों को जोड़ना, ब्रॉडबैंड प्लान की जानकारी देना और मासिक बिक्री लक्ष्य पूरा करना होगा।

• मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां:घरों, दुकानों, ऑफिस और स्थानीय क्षेत्रों में जाकर नए ब्रॉडबैंड कनेक्शन दिलाना।
• ग्राहकों को ब्रॉडबैंड प्लान और उनकी विशेषताओं की जानकारी देना।
• नए ग्राहकों से मिलकर बिक्री करना।
• डोर-टू-डोर मार्केटिंग एवं लोकल प्रमोशन करना।
• ग्राहकों के साथ अच्छे संबंध बनाना।
• लीड्स पर फॉलो-अप करना और दैनिक बिक्री रिपोर्ट तैयार करना।
• इंस्टॉलेशन टीम के साथ समन्वय करना।
• मासिक बिक्री लक्ष्य प्राप्त करना।
• योग्यता:न्यूनतम 10वीं/12वीं पास (ग्रेजुएट को प्राथमिकता)।
• फ्रेशर एवं अनुभवी दोनों आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
• अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन और कन्विंसिंग स्किल।
• निर्धारित क्षेत्र में फील्ड में काम करने की इच्छा।
• स्मार्टफोन होना आवश्यक।
• Telecom, Broadband, DTH, FMCG, Banking या Field Sales का अनुभव होने पर प्राथमिकता मिलेगी।
