Job Description
Field Operations Specialist (FOS) – Rapido
Role Purpose
Acquire, onboard, activate Auto, E-Rickshaw, and Cab captains on the Rapido platform.
Key Responsibilities
Captain Acquisition
● Visit auto stands, e-rickshaw stands, fuel stations, workshops, and transport hubs.
● Generate leads and explain Rapido earning opportunities.
● Complete captain onboarding and KYC.
Captain Activation
● Assist with app installation and document verification.
● Ensure captains complete their first ride within 24 hours.
Market Development
● Conduct local activation camps.
● Build partnerships with driver unions, dealers, and fleet operators.
● Generate referral-based onboarding.
Eligibility
● Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate Preferred)
● 0–3 years experience in Sales, Operations, Telecom, FMCG, EdTech, FinTech, or Driver
