## Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented **Estimation Executive** with experience in estimation and costing for **UPVC/Aluminium doors and windows or construction-related projects**. The candidate will be responsible for preparing quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, quotations, and project proposals.

## Key Responsibilities

* Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

* Prepare **quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and quotations**.

* Calculate material, labour, and overall project costs.

* Read and interpret technical drawings.

* Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, sales, and project teams.

* Maintain costing records and update material prices.

* Prepare accurate and timely estimates and quotations.

* Handle multiple projects and ensure timely submission of estimates.

## Requirements

* Diploma/Degree in **Civil / Mechanical Engineering** or related discipline.

* **2–5 years of experience** in estimation and costing.

* Experience in **UPVC/Aluminium doors and windows** will be preferred.

* Proficiency in **MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software**.

* Good knowledge of technical drawings, material costing, and pricing.

* Good communication, analytical, and coordination skills.

* Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.

## Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates having experience in **UPVC/Aluminium windows & doors, façade, glazing, construction estimation, quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, or building material estimation** will be preferred.
