Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Marketing Executive who can build a strong brand presence, increase market awareness, and execute impactful online and offline marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be passionate about branding, digital marketing, public engagement, partnerships, and creating marketing initiatives that drive business growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute brand marketing strategies to increase awareness and engagement.
• Plan and manage online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Manage digital platform marketing across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Create and execute social media campaigns to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Build and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.
• Create marketing calendars and campaign plans.
• Coordinate with the design and content teams to develop marketing materials.
• Build partnerships with colleges, organizations, business associations, corporate companies, and industry groups.
• Plan and organize promotional events, exhibitions, seminars, webinars, workshops, networking events, and product launches.
• Manage public brand promotion activities to increase market visibility and brand recognition.
• Coordinate PR activities, media coverage, influencer collaborations, and public relations campaigns.
• Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and business development.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify branding opportunities.
• Ensure brand consistency across websites, social media, presentations, brochures, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Track campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Corporate Communications, or Business Development.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills, creativity, and practical marketing knowledge are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, presentation, planning, and relationship-building skills.
• Creative thinking with strong execution capabilities.
