Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare authentic and tasty Chinese vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.
  • Prepare Veg & Non-Veg Noodles, Chowmein and Hakka Noodles.
  • Prepare Momos/Dumplings, Spring Rolls and Manchurian.
  • Prepare Veg & Non-Veg Fried Rice and other Chinese rice dishes.
  • Prepare Chinese starters, sauces, gravies and main-course dishes.
  • Maintain consistent taste, quality, presentation and portion sizes.
  • Follow proper food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen safety standards.
  • Manage ingredients, mise en place and daily kitchen preparation.
  • Minimize food wastage and maintain proper stock usage.
  • Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy hours.
