👨‍🍳 1. INDIAN HELPERResponsibilities:

• Assist the Indian chef in daily kitchen preparation and cooking.
• Help with chopping, cutting, cleaning, and ingredient preparation.
• Assist in preparing a variety of pure vegetarian Indian dishes.
• Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Ensure ingredients are stored and handled properly.
• Support the kitchen team during busy hours.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Previous restaurant/café kitchen experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Indian vegetarian cooking.
• Hardworking, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team.

🔥 2. TANDOOR CHEFWe are looking for an experienced Tandoor Chef with good knowledge of pure vegetarian tandoor and chaap items.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook tandoori and chaap items.
• Prepare Tandoori Roti, Butter Roti, Naan, Garlic Naan, Laccha Paratha and other breads.
• Prepare different varieties of soya chaap, including marination and tandoor preparation.
• Prepare Paneer Tikka, Malai Chaap, Afghani Chaap, Tandoori Chaap, Achari Chaap and other vegetarian tandoor specialties.
• Maintain consistent taste, texture, quality, and presentation.
• Prepare marinades, sauces, dough, and other tandoor ingredients.
• Operate and maintain the tandoor safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene around the tandoor section.
• Manage orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Tandoor Chef is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of vegetarian tandoor and chaap preparation.
• Good understanding of marination and tandoor cooking techniques.
• Ability to maintain consistent taste and presentation.
• Good hygiene, discipline, and teamwork.

☕ 3. CHINESE HELPER + BARISTAResponsibilities:

• Assist in preparing pure vegetarian Chinese dishes such as noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, chilli paneer, etc.
• Help with chopping, sauces, preparation, and mise en place.
• Prepare tea, coffee, cold coffee, shakes, mocktails, and other café beverages.
• Handle basic barista equipment and maintain the beverage counter.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and beverage area.
• Ensure timely preparation and attractive presentation.
• Support the kitchen and service team during busy hours.

Requirements:

• Experience in a Chinese kitchen preferred.
• Basic barista knowledge is required.
• Knowledge of coffee, tea, shakes, and café beverages will be an advantage.
• Hardworking, energetic, and willing to learn.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
