About the Job :- RadhaMadhav Building Solutions is hiring Field Sales Executives for our construction and interior design business.

We are looking for confident, energetic and target-oriented candidates who enjoy meeting people and developing new business.

• Your Responsibilities Visit and interact with contractors, architects, interior designers, builders and clients.
• Present and explain our construction and interior products & solutions.
• Generate new leads through field visits, references and networking.
• Identify upcoming construction and interior projects in Lucknow.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, architects and clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
• Encourage potential clients to visit our office in Vibhuti Khand for detailed discussions and product selection.
• Coordinate with the office team regarding quotations, products and customer requirements.
• Maintain daily records of meetings, leads and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Candidate Requirements Experience: 0–3 years; experienced candidates preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and confidence can also apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Confident and presentable personality.
• Comfortable with regular field visits.
• Good networking and relationship-building skills.
• Basic smartphone/WhatsApp knowledge.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
• Candidates with existing contacts among contractors, architects, builders or interior designers will be preferred.

💰 Salary & Incentives₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month + Attractive Sales Incentives
