आवश्यकता है – अनुभवी हॉर्टिकल्चरिस्ट की
उत्तर प्रदेश में विभिन्न Horticulture एवं Landscaping Projects के संचालन एवं पर्यवेक्षण हेतु एक योग्य, अनुभवी एवं फील्ड-ओरिएंटेड Horticulturist – UP In-Charge / Field Officer की आवश्यकता है।
पद: UP In-Charge / Horticulturist – Field Officer
कार्य क्षेत्र: उत्तर प्रदेश (विभिन्न प्रोजेक्ट साइट्स)
शैक्षणिक योग्यता: Ph.D. in Horticulture
अनुभव: न्यूनतम 3 वर्ष का प्रासंगिक फील्ड अनुभव
वेतनमान: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 प्रतिमाह (योग्यता एवं अनुभव के अनुसार)
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ
उत्तर प्रदेश में संचालित Horticulture एवं Landscaping Projects की निगरानी एवं संचालन।
विभिन्न साइट्स पर कार्यरत Supervisors एवं Horticulture Teams का प्रबंधन।
Plantation, Garden Development एवं Maintenance कार्यों की गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित करना।
Site Inspection, Technical Guidance एवं नियमित Progress Reporting।
Manpower एवं कार्यों की उचित Planning तथा Execution।
आवश्यकता के अनुसार उत्तर प्रदेश की विभिन्न साइट्स का दौरा करना।
विशेष आवश्यकता: उम्मीदवार में मजबूत Field Management, Team Handling, Technical Horticulture Knowledge एवं Leadership Skills होनी चाहिए।
वेतन: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 प्रति माह
