Back Office Executive

As a Back Office Executive, your responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Supporting online quantitative market research studies and related project activities.

• Understanding research objectives, questionnaires, target audiences, and sampling requirements.

• Coordinating with internal teams, Team Leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitoring fieldwork progress, quota fulfillment, data collection status, and project timelines.

• Performing data quality checks, respondent validations, logic reviews, and identifying potential data issues.

• Preparing project reports, summaries, trackers, and presentations as required.

• Maintaining the accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and security of all project and company data.

• Assisting in project setup, testing, and operational support activities.

• Ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks while meeting client expectations and internal quality standards.

• Complying with all Company policies, procedures, guidelines, and management instructions.

• Performing any additional duties, responsibilities, or assignments as may be reasonably required by management from time to time.
