HIRING
AREA SALES MANAGER (ASM)
Pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing
A minimum two (02) year Experienced and skilled Pharma professional required for sales target achievement and brand growth with sales/promotion strategy implementation.
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in an ASM or team-handling role.
Territories to Be Covered:
- Lucknow
- Gorakhpur
- Prayagraj
- Faizabad (Ayodhya)
- Basti
- Kanpur
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand pharmaceutical sales across assigned territories.
- Recruit, manage, train and motivate Medical Representatives.
- Achieve monthly sales, collection and business development targets.
- Build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals and stockists.
- Conduct regular joint fieldwork and monitor team performance.
- Ensure effective reporting, territory planning and market coverage.
Selection & Induction:
- Unpaid Induction Period: 5 Days
- Final appointment subject to satisfactory evaluation and completion of joining formalities.
Preferred Candidate: Result-oriented professional with strong territory knowledge, leadership skills and an established pharmaceutical market network.
