Admin Cum Telecalling Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION 

 1. Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the company’s products and services

 2. Contacting current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and service.

 3. Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product.

 4. Understanding customers’ requirements by asking questions and closing the deal.

 5. Keeping the customer database maintained and updated. Build and maintain positive relationships with future prospects. 

 6. Taking and processing orders accurately.

 7. Preserve the company’s reputation by handling grievances.

 8. Facilitating companies’ sales by going the extra mile and meeting a sales quota.

 9. Keeping a record of all the sales calls and notes of useful information.

 10. Prioritising & Coordination for mails and meetings.

 11. Any other work assigned by reporting manager. The responsibilities can be reviewed or changed from time to time as per the guidence of reporting manager. 

 12. Maintaining strict confidentiality with sensitive information, financial documents, records and personal matters at the highest level

 REQUIREMENTS 

 1.Good spoken and written english 2.Technically strong and smart 3. Willingness to learn and contribute in the key results of the organisation 4.dynamic-willing and able to multi-task 5.Easy Adaptability to Internal systems 6. stability of working with organisational systems and getting numerous growth opportunities. 7.Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties. 8. Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele. 9. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues.
