Job OverviewBajaj Capital is hiring motivated candidates for the position of Sales Executive in Kushinagar. The ideal candidates should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and an interest in sales and financial products.
- Roles and ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits and local market activities.
- Promote financial products and services to prospective customers.
- Identify and acquire new customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Explain product features and benefits to customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Eligibility CriteriaQualification: 12th Pass and above
- Gender: Male/Female
- Age: 19–32 years
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Two-Wheeler: Must have access to a two-wheeler owned by the candidate or a blood relative.
- Driving Licence: Valid driving licence or learner's licence required.
- Location Preference: Candidates residing within a 20 km radius of the job location.
- Salary and BenefitsTake-Home Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month
