Job Description

 Deliver training on electrical installation, wiring, maintenance, and troubleshooting

 Conduct both classroom and hands-on practical sessions

 Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and protocols

 Prepare trainees for assessments, certifications, and job readiness

 Develop and update training content, lesson plans, and practical modules

 Monitor and evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback

 Maintain training records, attendance, and progress reports

 Support candidates with interview preparation and technical guidance

 Coordinate with internal teams for smooth training operations

 Travel as required for training assignments
