Job Description
Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – Corporate Sales
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage the OEM sales pipeline and identify the right OEM opportunities.
• Develop strong relationships with CXOs and senior OEM stakeholders.
• Sell Roda RSA solutions and drive new OEM acquisitions.
• Lead commercial discussions, pricing, negotiations, and contract closures.
• Drive successful OEM onboarding in coordination with internal teams.
• Build long-term revenue opportunities through existing and newly acquired OEMs.
• Identify opportunities for Insurance, Extended Warranty, AMC, and other VAS products.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets and maintain accurate pipeline forecasts.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Experience in OEM / Automotive / Insurance / RSA / VAS sales.
• Proven track record of selling RSA, Insurance, Extended Warranty, AMC, or other automotive VAS products to OEMs.
• Strong B2B sales, negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
• Existing relationships with OEM CXOs and senior decision-makers will be a significant advantage.
• Strong understanding of the automotive OEM ecosystem and decision-making process.
• Immediate and sharp focus: RSA business development and new OEM acquisition.
