Job Description
Location:** Kollur, Karnataka
We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible candidates to join our hotel team.
### 1. Front Office Executive
**Responsibilities:**
* Welcome and assist guests with check-in/check-out
* Handle reservations and guest inquiries
* Manage phone calls and online bookings
* Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
* Ensure excellent guest experience
### 2. Operations Executive
**Responsibilities:**
* Oversee daily hotel operations
* Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance and restaurant teams
* Ensure smooth guest services
* Handle staff coordination and daily reports
* Maintain quality and operational standards
**Requirements:**
* Experience in hotel, hospitality or customer service preferred
* Good communication skills (English + Kannada; Hindi is a plus)
* Basic computer knowledge
* Professional attitude and willingness to learn
**Salary:** Based on experience (Competitive + Accommodation can be provided)
