Job Description
- Front Desk Management & Greeting: Welcoming visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, providing a professional first impression, and ensuring the reception area is neat and organized.
- Telephone & Correspondence Management: Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls, taking messages, and managing emails or general correspondence professionally.
- Visitor Security & Procedures: Maintaining visitor logs, issuing visitor badges, and ensuring security protocols are followed at the front desk.
- Administrative & Clerical Support: Assisting with filing, photocopying, scanning, data entry, and providing administrative support to various departments.
