Loan Sales Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Loan Sales Officer to generate new business, acquire customers, and promote the company's loan products. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, explaining suitable loan products, assisting with documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination until loan disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through field visits, references, calling, and other business development activities.

Identify and acquire new customers for loan products.

Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, terms, and documentation requirements to customers.

Conduct customer visits and verify basic customer/business information as required.

Collect and validate necessary customer documents for loan processing.

Coordinate with the Credit, Operations, and Disbursement teams for timely processing.

Follow up with customers throughout the loan application process.

Achieve assigned monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC requirements, and internal processes.

Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, applications, and follow-ups.

Resolve customer queries and provide timely updates regarding loan applications.

Ensure that no unauthorized charges or payments are collected from customers.

Provide regular sales and performance reports to the reporting manager.
