Project Role : AI / ML Engineer
Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.
Must have skills : Machine Learning (ML), Test Management

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer tester, a typical day involves testing of advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires testing end-to-end application pipelines, ensuring solutions are production-ready and scalable.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Continuously monitor and optimize AI models and systems to maintain high performance and reliability.
- Document technical designs, processes, and best practices to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML), Test Management.
- Strong knowledge of various machine learning algorithms and their practical applications.
- Experience with cloud AI platforms and services to deploy scalable AI solutions.
- Familiarity with deep learning techniques, including neural networks and generative AI models.
- Ability to develop and maintain production-grade AI pipelines and workflows.
- Competence in programming languages commonly used in AI development, such as Python or R.
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and tools to support efficient test execution.
- Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end automated test suites.
- Ability to analyze test results and identify areas for improvement in automation coverage.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to integrate automated testing.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to test automation environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML) Testing.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
