Job Description

  • 📍 Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata (Work From Office.
  • 💼 Experience: Minimum 1 Years relevant exp
  • 🎓 Qualification: Graduate

  • Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development
  • Strong experience in target-based calling and revenue generation
  • Exposure to B2B & B2C sales preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Bengali
  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office
  • Software Sales experience will be an added advantage
  • Real Estate Sales candidates are not eligible

  • Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads through outbound calls and handle inbound enquiries
  • Manage the complete B2B & B2C sales cycle
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate lead and client records in CRM
  • Build client relationships through consultative selling and upselling
