Telemarketing Executive

𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐓𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reporting To: Manager / Team Leader

𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲

Telemarketing and Service support Executive will be responsible for generating sales leads, contacting potential customers through phone calls, promoting company products/services, handling customer queries, and achieving assigned sales targets through effective communication and customer relationship management.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce company products/services. 

• Generate new sales opportunities through cold calling and follow-up calls. 

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions. 

• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers clearly. 

• Maintain regular follow-up with potential customers to convert leads into sales. 

• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints professionally. 

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities. 

• Update customer information and sales status in CRM/software systems. 

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media posts regularly

• Coordinate with the sales team for successful customer conversion. 

• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management. 

• Other tasks which will assigned by the management. 

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree. 

• 12th Pass. 

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬

• 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing or telecalling. 

• Freshers are also welcomed.

• Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets. 

• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
