• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound and receive inbound calls to assist customers.
• Explain the company's products and services to potential customers.
• Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve queries professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call details.
• Schedule appointments or coordinate with the sales team when required.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
