Technical Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries related to laptop, desktop, printer, software, and basic network issues.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems through phone, WhatsApp, remote support, or in-person assistance.
• Create service tickets and maintain accurate records of customer complaints and resolutions.
• Coordinate with customer's and repair technicians for issues requiring physical repair or chip-level service.
• Install and configure Windows, drivers, antivirus, essential software, and printers.
• Provide updates to customers on repair status, estimated cost, and delivery timelines.
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional, polite, and customer-friendly communication style.

Candidate Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in technical support, computer hardware, or customer service preferred.
• Basic knowledge of laptops, desktops, Windows installation, software troubleshooting, printers, and networking.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English; local language knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to understand customer issues and explain solutions clearly.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Excel, and service-ticket systems.
• Basic knowledge of remote support tools is preferred.
• Responsible, patient, customer-focused, and able to work in a team.
• ITI, Diploma, or graduation in Computer Hardware, IT, Electronics, or a related field is preferred.
