📌 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐬:

𝐀𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

𝐔𝐒𝐀 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬: Monday to Friday

𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲 & 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲: Fixed Off

💰 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐭-𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:✅ 3–6 years of relevant experience is mandatory.

✅ Strong Web Consultant / Website Sales background is mandatory.

✅ Prior experience in selling Website Designing / Web Development services is a MUST.

✅ Proven experience in closing sales on calls is required.

✅ Must have experience handling international clients.

✅ Strong understanding of website sales, client requirements, objections, and conversion techniques.

✅ Previous Team Lead / Team Handling experience is preferred.

✅ Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

✅ Strong leadership, coaching, and team-management abilities.

✅ Ability to monitor calls, guide consultants, and improve team conversion.

✅ Target-oriented and comfortable working in a high-performance sales environment.

• 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:Lead and manage a team of Web Consultants.
• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor team calls and ensure effective client communication.
• Support consultants with objection handling and call closures.
• Personally handle and close high-value or difficult sales calls when required.
• Coach the team on website consultation, pitching, negotiation, and closing techniques.
• Track individual and team conversion rates and sales performance.
• Identify performance gaps and take corrective action.
• Conduct regular team huddles, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure the team effectively communicates the value of Website Design, Web Development, and Digital Marketing services.
• Maintain strong relationships with international clients and ensure a professional customer experience.

⚠️ Important: Candidates without prior Website Sales / Web Consultant experience and proven call-closing experience will NOT be considered.
