Team Leader

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage day-to-day team operations, drive performance, and ensure that business targets and service standards are consistently achieved. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and people-management skills.

• Key Responsibilities : Lead, motivate, and manage a team to achieve individual and organizational targets.
• Allocate work effectively and monitor daily team activities.
• Track team performance against KPIs, targets, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
• Provide guidance, feedback, and support to team members.
• Identify performance gaps and implement appropriate improvement plans.
• Resolve customer, operational, and team-related issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
• Prepare and maintain performance reports and operational MIS.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and quality standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Escalate critical issues to management with appropriate recommendations.
