Job Description
💼 Key Responsibilities
- 📈 Develop and implement strategies to achieve insurance sales targets.
- 🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate partners.
- 👥 Recruit, train, mentor, and manage insurance advisors/agents.
