STATE HEAD

Job Purpose:

To lead, manage, and drive the branch's sales and distribution operations to achieve business growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability targets. The Branch Manager ensures efficient sales execution, distribution network management, and team performance within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Management:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets.

Drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers and maximizing sales to existing clients.

Monitor sales KPIs and provide guidance to the sales team to meet performance goals.

2. Distribution Operations:

Oversee distribution and logistics to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.

Manage relationships with distributors, stockists, and retail 

3. Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff including sales executives and logistics 

Build a high-performance culture aligned with company values.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies.

5. Reporting and Compliance:

Prepare sales forecasts, budget reports, and MIS for senior management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.

Conduct periodic audits and reviews of branch operations.
