Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee the installation and execution of aluminium doors, windows, curtain walls, and related façade works at project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation of aluminium doors, windows, partitions, curtain walls, and glazing systems.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and project managers.
• Manage site contractors, installers, and labour teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure quality workmanship, proper finishing, and adherence to project specifications.
• Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with all safety standards.
• Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower efficiently.
• Handle measurements, material planning, site estimates, and progress reporting.
• Coordinate material deliveries and resolve site-related issues.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure completion within schedule.
• Maintain proper documentation, measurement records, and work reports.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering (preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in aluminium doors, windows, façade, glazing, or related construction projects.
• Good understanding of installation methods, site execution, and finishing.
• Ability to read architectural and fabrication drawings.
• Strong leadership, labour management, and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of site safety practices.
• Proficient in basic MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
