Job Description


We are hiring for Sr Sales Executive /Manager for our Reputed and Brand Manufacturing Company


Key Responsibilities


  • Business Development: Identify, prospect, and convert new B2B clients across manufacturing plants, R&D labs, and industrial sectors.
  • Account Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat orders and high satisfaction.
  • Technical Consultation: Understand customer manufacturing processes and recommend suitable chemical grades, formulations, or products.
  • Sales & Revenue Targets: Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales budgets, margin goals, and market share expansion plans.
  • Commercial Negotiations: Handle price quotes, contract terms, negotiations, and credit/payment follow-ups in coordination with finance.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing, product launches, and supply trends, reporting back to management.
  • Customer Support & Complaints: Coordinate with logistics, production, and technical teams to resolve product complaints or delivery queries promptly.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, daily call reports.
